Your laundry via My UPLIVING

 

Doing your laundry at Upliving is easy. Just use the app. Quick, simple and hassle-free. Here's how:

  1. Open the 'Laundry' section in your My Upliving app.
  2. Check your balance.
    • Got enough credits? You're good to go!
    • Need more credits? Head to the payment section to add credits.
  3. Check which machines are available. The app shows you at a glance what's free.
  4. Go to the laundry room and find the machine number that matches your selection in the app.
  5. Load your laundry, add detergent if needed and close the door properly.
  6. Select the correct machine number in the app and start your session.
  7. Laundry done? Unlock the machine in the app by tapping 'release'.
  8. The credits will be automatically deducted from your balance.
  9. Collect your laundry promptly so the next Upliving resident can get started.
